MARICRUZ IS FIERCE!! She’s absolutely amazing in what she does! She’s professional, courteous, knowledgeable and one hell of a negotiator! She represented my family and I extremely well and she fought for us with such passion! YOU WANT A REALTOR? Have her on your team! The one instance that stood out the most (out of so many and beside the fact that she negotiated a new roof for us when the appraisal didn’t pass) was when the seller damaged the fridge that was in the house as part of the purchase price ( right BEFORE closing too). Said seller didn’t want to replace or acknowledge the damage. But Maricruz went head to head with their realtor and fought to have that fridge replace. She so much as shop around online (OUT OF HER TIME) to look at fridge so that we could speed up the process and show the seller that it was doable for them to buy and install the fridge before closing. Every single time I would call or txt she would always answer. And if she was busy, she would 1) make sure to respond and let you know she read or saw the call and 2) let you know when she would be able to respond back. High quality service overall!! And I mean it was very obvious the pride she takes in her job and the passion in which she does it. Overall excellent service, wonderful human being!
